In director Paolo Sorrentino‘s highly anticipated new 8-part HBO miniseries, The Young Pope, Jude Law plays the conflicted Lenny Belardo, the first American Pope in the history of the Vatican. Sorrentino, perhaps best known for the Academy Award-winning film, The Great Beauty, also brought Diane Keaton on board as Sister Mary, and American nun living in Vatican City. Fellow cast members include: Silvio Orlando, Scott Shepherd, Cécile de France, Javier Cámara, Ludivine Sagnier, Toni Bertorelli and James Cromwell.
