Earlier this morning CBS This Morning sat down with their legal expert, Rikki Klieman, to explain why today is going to be a very miserable day for one (alleged) disgusting sex abuser who goes by the name of Bill Cosby. Today he will be in deposition in Los Angeles related to a civil lawsuit by Judy Hath who claims the comedian assaulted her when she was just 15-years-old. This is Cosby’s first deposition since 2005, where he confessed to obtaining quaaludes for the sole purpose of using them for sex with young women. Since that deposition ten years ago, 40 women have come forward with sexual assault claims against Cosby.
