Season six of TLC’s Long Island Medium premieres tonight at 9pm EST/PST, where Theresa & Larry begin a year-long commemoration of their 25th wedding anniversary by visiting the restaurant where they had their first date almost 30 years ago. Also in tonight’s premiere, Theresa also does her first surprise reading on her native Long Island.
