A couple of weeks ago I posted the stunning music video for Aquilo’s “I Gave It All” (see below). Thanks to Infinite Looper I had the video on constant repeat for a few days. The video was actually the first of two chapters — “I Gave It All” told from the perspective of the young girl who chooses a sexier older guy over her best buddy. Now we get to see part two of story, this time from the point of view of the rejected younger boy — further proof that nice guys really do seem to always finish last. I can really relate to this poor sweet kid. I experienced many of the same heartbreaking emotions when Joe Manganiello chose Sofia Vergara over me. I don’t think I’ll ever truly get over that one. It doesn’t appear as if Aquilo will be making it to North America anytime soon, but if you’re lucky enough to be in the UK you can see them live beginning next March.
