“GONE GIRL” Composer Trent Reznor Discusses His Creative Process For Scoring Films

GONE GIRL defied expectations this weekend by raking in an impressive $38 million, a career high for director David Fincher.  Critical praise and great buzz helped propel the film to #1, beating studio expectations that the film would generate box office in the mid $20 million range.  The film is the third collaboration between Fincher and his go-to composer, Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor.  Reznor appeared on CBS This Morning this past weekend where he talked about the creative process that goes into the hard work of crafting the musical atmosphere of a film.  You can watch it in full above.
