It’s been almost a full week since I saw Richard Linklater’s Boyhood, yet the film continues to linger in my mind like a never-ending dream.  Now, adding an extra layer to my admiration for Linklater’s cinematic vision is this gorgeous video entitled “Linklater: On Cinema And Time”.  Created by the team at Sight & Sound magazine, the video combines an interview the team recorded with Linklater, as well as various scenes from his Before series of films, and other clips from works of Francois Truffaut, Woody Allen, Orson Welles, Federico Fellini, and more.  You can watch the beautiful video above, and read the full BFI story behind the interview by CLICKING HERE.  And if you haven’t yet seen Boyhood in theatres, then you need to go tonight no matter what.
