The geniuses at Brussels/Paris-based visual art studio ANTIVJ recently took their wizardry on tour to Brazil. In the first 4 photos below you will see the results of what happened when they installed their “Onion Skin” exhibit inside the Igreia Sao Francisco de Assis church designed by renowned Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer. The piece was presented as part of the Eletronika Festival on November 30, 2013. Once their turn at Eletronika wrapped up, the team set up shop at the Multiplicidade Festival in Rio de Janeiro from December 7-8, 2013. Situated at the foot of the Crocovado mountain, and wrapped in the arms of the largest urban forest on Earth, is the Parque Lage School of Visual Arts. It was here where ANTIVJ presented “Onion Skin” surrounded by the sounds of the forest monkeys, as well as 5.1 surround sound (final 5 photos).
