The Golden Girls is by far my most favorite sitcom of all-time. As a young gay boy growing up in the 1980s, the show had a titanic effect on my youth and forever altered my perception of the world around me. The Golden Girls tackled subject matter that almost all of its contemporaries dared not touch, and they did it with grace, intelligence, beauty, and a sense of comedic brilliance the likes of which has rarely been seen since. So when I came across this fan-made video of Cher’s single “Woman’s World”, set to clips from my favorite TV show EVER, I was beyond thrilled. So sit back, enjoy, and let the golden times roll!
