New York-based DIIV released Oshin back in 2012 and it was one of my most cherished albums of the year, and earlier this week the boys of DIIV released their brand new video for “Wait”. Shot and edited by drummer Colby Hewitt’s girlfriend, Sandy Kim, there’s nothing revolutionary whatsoever in what you’re about to watch, but the sun-kissed Super 8 footage of the the band and their entourage definitely provides a terrific backdrop to an already terrific song. And jumping from the east coast to the west, L.A.-based French house-inspired group CLASSIXX took a road trip through their home town and used it as the visuals for the music video for their irresistible track “Holding On” and you can check out the final result in the video below.
