Tina Fey has become the crown jewel of the NBC comedy crown, and executives have no plans on letting her genius escape anytime soon. Earlier this year it was announced that her award-winning comedy series 30 Rock would be coming to an end this January after seven seasons, but Fey won’t have much time to take a breather. Yesterday Variety was the first to report that Universal Television has signed Fey to a 4-year development deal, allowing her to expand her team and almost certainly her offices as well at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York.
