“Little Shining Man” is perhaps the most brilliant kite design I have ever seen in my life.  The concept was conceived of by Heather and Ivan Morison, drawn up by Sash Reading, and engineered/built by Queen & Crawford.  The extremely light weight cubic kite features 1700 3D-printed connectors, carbon fibre rods and cubenfibre aerospace fabric.  The modular piece’s easily scalable form lifts effortlessly into the air regardless of its size.  It’s that light.  The images and video below were shot on the British island of Jersey.  So gorgeous.
