At this very moment I’m sitting in an Ottawa pub waiting for a friend and I’m eating some Thai Indian curry out of a bowl. As I’m munching away I happen to stumble upon this incredible design for a bowl that will change the way all bowls are made from now on and I’ve found myself completely bowled over. I am not exaggerating when I predict this design will become an essential part of all kitchens in the western world within one year. The Obol™ uses a simple curved wall to separate the wet from the dry, or in my case, it would have kept the rice away from the curry cream.
